At Finca Victoria, we coexist within a privileged natural environment, where vines are cultivated in two distinct settings: on one hand, the flatlands of our viticultural oasis, and on the other, the native hillside—an elevated, sloped terrain with an innovative new development, unique in its kind. Here, we began studying the soils and flora with the valuable input of experts to determine their characteristics, yielding significant results that redefine a new chapter in the history of the Las Compuertas GI, introducing a novel viticultural reality with a completely unique and singular DNA.
Our native hillside is not only a refuge for local biodiversity but also a fundamental pillar in our vision of sustainable and regenerative viticulture. From the outset, we set out to study this land and carry out a development deeply committed to its surroundings, where new vine plantings would integrate seamlessly with the region’s natural vegetation. This biological corridor acts as a natural bridge, connecting ecosystems and allowing for the free movement of native flora and fauna, strengthening the environmental balance of the vineyard.
