Each visit highlights the value of the history of the place and also includes our Olive Tree Walk , where a tour of some of the more than 250 old olive groves recovered from various areas of Mendoza and replanted in our farm to have a second chance at life, with which our extra virgin olive oil is made and which you can taste.
