The territorial development of Finca Victoria follows a master plan inspired by the evolution of a living village. Each unit\u2014winery, restaurant, guest houses, open-air plaza, fire pit areas, pathways, and viewpoints\u2014emerges organically within the landscape, prioritizing landscape architecture over building construction. We use noble, durable, and locally sourced materials such as river stones (piedra bola<\/i>), reeds, and reinforced concrete with natural insulation.\u00a0Buildings are oriented to maximize solar energy and natural airflow, reducing energy consumption. Aesthetic choices also reflect environmental consciousness: local textures, earthy colors, native species, and low water consumption. The gardens feature indigenous flora like coir\u00f3n<\/i>, olivillo<\/i>, cortadera<\/i>, and cha\u00f1ar<\/i>, combined with edible and ornamental plants with low water requirements, creating a visual palette that mirrors the vineyard surroundings: greens, whites, and purples.<\/span><\/p>\n
