Durigutti Family Winemakers
is a project
to make the
wines we enjoy.
Our land provides
the essential components
and our challenge is to
interpret these to transform
them into wines of
excellent quality.

2018 continues to bring good news for the Durigutti Family Winemakers winery. Another of the recognized international wine critic, the American James Suckling, published his last report with several wines of the winery awarded with 90 points and more.
Among the outstanding mentions, it leads the ranking with 95 points of our top of the line wine, DURIGUTTI FAMILIA 2012, followed by two varieties of the Black Label that expresses the mixture of the different terroirs of Mendoza: DURIGUTTI CABERNET FRANC 2017 with 94 points and DURIGUTTI BONARDA 2017 with 92 points.
Completing this latest report by James Suckling other flagship wines of the brand have been highly valued: Durigutti Malbec 2017 (Black Label) and Durigutti Reserva Malbec 2016, both with 90 points.

As part of the special activities of a great long weekend, on Easter Thursday we share with wine enthusiasts a high-end gourmet lunch. Integrated into the “five experiences” program, our winery was chosen by Chef Mauro Menéndez to combine a tour of 5 wineries through Luján de Cuyo, 5 wines and 5 steps in a menu of great flavors. Tomaticán from Cuyo on country bread with firewood, lacquered gizzards in Malbe’s arrobe, eye of steak with embers, grilled lamb and roasted quince were the delights enjoyed by the assistants paired to the chosen wines of Durigutti and Lamadrid in the courtyards of our old mansion.

As part of the commitment of Durigutti Family Winemakers and Lamadrid Estate Wine with education, we bet on the new generations of wine professionals to accompany them in their training. They visited us during March, month at full harvest, students of the EAS (Argentine School of Sommeliers), the EAV (Argentine School of Wines) and the EAG (Argentine School of Gastronomy.
