As part of the special activities of a great long weekend, on Easter Thursday we share with wine enthusiasts a high-end gourmet lunch. Integrated into the “five experiences” program, our winery was chosen by Chef Mauro Menéndez to combine a tour of 5 wineries through Luján de Cuyo, 5 wines and 5 steps in a menu of great flavors. Tomaticán from Cuyo on country bread with firewood, lacquered gizzards in Malbe’s arrobe, eye of steak with embers, grilled lamb and roasted quince were the delights enjoyed by the assistants paired to the chosen wines of Durigutti and Lamadrid in the courtyards of our old mansion.
